Mom said there had been a family disagreement about housing. Dad claimed the glass slipped. Caroline said she entered my house because she believed I had agreed and that the children had already been promised rooms.

“They were counting on her being too shocked to stop it,” Grant said.

Michael submitted the group chat records Grant had printed.

Grant eventually separated from Caroline and took the children to his sister’s place until he found an apartment. He apologized once outside the courthouse.
